Awesome dish!!!!

Came with tofu, green onions, bean sprouts, fried onions (or shallots?), broccoli, vegan shrimp, and rice noodles with a coconut curry broth.

While the vegan shrimp tasted a bit synthetic, most of the ingredients worked wonderfully together. I’d give this an 8-9 out of 10. 🍜👍 Absolutely delicious, try it out!
