Another awesome find delivered by Tabu, who just keep going from strength to strength, in my opinion. Delicately flavoured with miso, this seitan is succulent and beautifully textured. I don't think I could have bounced it if I'd tried (I wouldn't have wanted to!). Extremely versatile, I ate this on its own. But, the next time I buy it (and it's a definite plan), I'll be breading, dipping and frying ...
