I rarely make lasagna, but I was dying to make one since I had gotten some noodles a while ago at Grocery Outlet. I think they were $2 per package.
Chickpea pasta is always good and nutritious. There are only 3 ingredients! The lasagna noodles are loaded with fiber, potassium, thiamine and the host of other nutrients. 
My lasagna included tomato sauce, onions, red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, plant-based cheese and ground beef. The noodles held up and cooked very well.
I would definitely get these lasagna noodles again, especially from Grocery Outlet which offers discounts relative to major grocery retailers.
