Ensalada de arroz

El Manglar

Este era el entrante del menú del día de hoy en El Manglar. Llevaba arroz aceitunas negras, zanahoria, cebolla morada, manzana, un aliño que me encantó y creo que también quinoa. La única pega: el tamaño. Ojalá poder bañarme en un bol de esta ensalada.
