Nutritional yeast is a beloved vegan product, and having tried various brands over the years, I do notice subtle variations in flavor, though the distinction is usually in flake size and fortification. This nooch is tasty and has relatively large flakes. Without comparing ingredient listings, I’d guess this one is Bragg’s - or at least it’s quite similar to that brand. Nice to be able to pick up some at TJ’s.
