Wild Mushroom Dibi

This consisted of umami-rich oyster mushrooms marinated in house ginger garlic soy sauce, grilled and served with fresh tomatoes and grilled onions, lively mustard sauce, spicy hot chili sauce, and tender, sweet, caramelized plantains.  It had wonderful mix of delicious contrasting flavors.
