This stuff is aHHmazing! It helps with digestion, gut health issues, constipation, and bloating. Tastes great! It's easy to drink by itself or in smoothie. I prefer a smoothie because you can add lots of other yummy ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen cherries
1 scoop of Trust your gut
1 scoop of coconut yogurt
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp if chia seeds
Blend ingredients together until smooth!! Excellent product for keeping a balanced gut. I highly recommend it! 🥰
