The texture is like the meat you'd use for stews, but the fact that they can make something that is so on point but not meat is sheer witchcraft, let's be honest. Redefine Meat first supplied to restaurants only, but consumers can now also directly purchase it online and cook it at home. Yes! I can't wait for this stuff to finally hit the shelves so it becomes even more widely available and accessible. The taste is very yummy, add lots of vegan gravy or garlic butter for more yummy in your tummy! The size is a bit small, but the fact this exists at all just makes me relish every tiny bit even more.
