Oh wow - this is citrussy perfection in a fancy jar! Not too sour, not too sweet, lovely crunchy cheesecake bottom, the cream on top is not grainy, but very creamy and full. I'd always go for the chocolate option, but in this case the Spanish lemon cheesecake is the best option you can get. A sure winner!!
