Yasai katsu curry at wagamama windsor — alicesabrina's Review (Aug 20, 2024)

This dish was sweet potato, aubergine & butternut squash coated in crispy panko, with sticky rice, katsu curry sauce & a dressed side salad with Asian pickles. I was a little disappointed to receive only one piece of aubergine, however I didn't manage to finish the whole meal anyway.
The flavours were delicious & the mixture of textures complimented each other well; the crunchy panko against the soft, sticky rice.

I usually go for a noodle dish at Wagamama so I thought I'd try something different this time, & whilst this dish was enjoyable, it wasn't quite enough to sway me from the noodles again next time.
