OH. MY. GOD. this is the best cake I have eaten IN MY LIFE. Words cannot and will not describe just how much I love this cake. It’s like actual heaven on a plate. Carrot cake is in my opinion, the best thing you’ll ever eat when it’s done right. This is an example of that. It’s got just the right amount of crunch to it and a good helping of icing on the top. Just doing all the sorts of things that a cake should. The first time I had this was on my GCSE results day as a little reward and the second time was my seventeenth birthday so I have very positive memories attached to it as well.
