🚫🙅‍♀️ I've never eaten non-vegan pork belly and I can't imagine ever doing that especially now that I've been fortunate enough to cuddle with a few rescued pigs! 🐖🐖

I don't know what pork belly is supposed to taste like but this vegan version was really good! Even better than I expected. There were lots of flavors and textures in this sandwich and the vegan pork belly itself was very impressive. Crispy and delicious!

This sandwich consists of vegan roasted pork belly, #cucumber, #pickled carrots & #daikon, #jalapeno and #cilantro all on a #vietnamese #baguette.  It comes with a delicious sauce and vegan Vietnamese coleslaw
