pig minds never hesitates to throw the weirdest food combinations out there and have me love them… a #reuben #pizza ? i’ve never heard of this but i thought i might try it out
this #veganpizza was topped with delicious house made reuben #seitan, 1000 island dressing, #sauerkraut (my favorite!), and #veganmozzarella . the cheese was a little gluey but i was distracted by the sauerkraut and reuben meat. the ingredients somehow came together very well. sauerkraut on pizza is amazing! who would have guessed.
reuben’s and pizza were NOT things i thought would go together, but the more i thought about it … this is just a reuben sandwich with pizza crust as the bread! a hot take, but a delicious one.
