Cuban Sandwich at The Chicago Diner, Logan Square — aubrey :)'s Review (Aug 12, 2024)

i reviewed this sandwich before, but it has been a year and i feel like my experience this time changed drastically from my experience last time.

this #cuban sandwich was not quite the cuban i’m used to, but it was interesting nonetheless. i like the diner #seitan, and my sandwich was packed. the flavor was great. i liked the pepperocinis and the abundance of #mustard (i love mustard!!) and the #vegancheese was noticeable but not too much. the main difference between this sandwich and the one i had before is that the outside of the sandwich and ingredients are not super greasy. k think last time it was just cooked with like way too much oil and even eating the sandwich left my fingers slimy ….. this was not an issue this time!

i think because of this new experience i’d definitely try out this sandwich again 👍
