I’ve made a pimento cashew cheese sauce before but never saw a vegan pimento cheese product until I found this one from Treeline. Though I wish the pepper flavor was a bit stronger (just for my preference) it is a good balance of the pepper with that tangy cultured bite. Thick but very spreadable. A unique and tasty cheese spread made out of simple and recognizable ingredients.
