Very cool to also have the "gravad lax" variety with the little pepper edge. Very much like smoked salmon - sadly I couldn't find bagels but they're good on a regular sandwich too. Only thing I am missing is the Swedish....Hovmästarsås (sticky dill sauce). Gotta go on a trip back to IKEA and find myself a jar then!
