Classic Bao with Tofu at MISU, St Marks Road — P V Sandeep's Review (Aug 4, 2024)

Steamed vegan bao with katsu tofu and spicy vegan mayo on top.

Overall didn’t like the dish, the bao was too sticky and not soft at all, the mayo seemed like a misfit and the tofu I guess was the saving grace.

Overall a bad dinner at Misu, I had their desserts before and my expectations were over the top for their main dishes.
