Classic Naples Margherita at Spettacolare — P V Sandeep's Review (Aug 4, 2024)

Woodfired oven pizza with crushed San marzano tomatoes, vegan cashew cheese, basil leaves, vegan Parmesan and extra virgin olive oil.

While the sauce on top was good, it wasn’t enough making the pizza dry, we also wished the cheese spread across a bit more and was not in pieces of chunks across the pizza.

The flavours individually were good, but would have liked a bit more fusion in the ingredients.
