Primero, las galettes en este restaurante están muy ricas, están hechas con harina de sarraceno, como las originales en la Bretaña, y eso no es muy habitual encontrarlo en Madrid.  Está está rellena de queso de anacardos, espinacas, tomate seco y champiñones. ¡Estaba riquísima y, además, me pareció bastante original!
