This salad was fantastic and original. This is the first #vegan cobb salad I've had. This bed of crispy romaine lettuce was topped with red and orange tomatoes, chickpeas, corn, cornbread croutons (Ollie's favorite), fried vegan chicken, housemade #vegan #egg and delicious creamy ranch dressing. It had so many delicious flavors, and I love their house ranch. You only have a few days left to try this, and I definitely recommend that you do!
