Gelato Scoiattolo e Cioccolato at Papalele - Quadrilatero — yudofu's Review (Jul 31, 2024)

Papalele has hands down the best vegan gelato I've ever had. Their "Scoiattolo" (squirrel) is just amazing: oat milk, hazelnut, and gianduia, a creamy combo that's just unbeatable. The chocolate is also incredibly rich and tasty, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Cones and biscuits on top are all vegan too! The staff lovely and they always accept card payments too (which is not a given in Italy).
They always have several vegan options which always include a weekly flavour. Their granitas are also all vegan and fantastic!!
