Cabbage Byrek at Vojsava Restaurantaroleia's Review (Jul 28, 2024)

I was really excited to find this very popular Albanian dish in a vegan version as the original one is usually make with cheese/yogurt, potato and meat; and trust me that it wasn’t easy. However the flavor was so boring that thanks god I ordered a tomato salad to pair it.
It is barely impossible to find vegan food in this country, the good thing is that they eat a pretty big amount of veggies, but commonly prepared in the same way so it can be really challenging not to eat the same things everyday.
