the texture on this #veganbologna was pretty good! i think the taste was pretty accurate, if not a little smokey for bologna, and the slices came apart easy. probably some of the better vegan #bologna i’ve had, but i think i personally prefer the yves brand. i like the protein content, and i’d definitely purchase it again.
