An enjoyable dish but it felt like it was missing something.
This dish contains a wrap ‘filled with home-made paprika hummus, seitan and tempeh. Served with tomato and onion salad.’ 🌯🥗
The salad was more like cabbage and carrot than tomato and onion, but it was good, with a tasty dressing. The seitan and tempeh were chewy and yummy, and the salad inside added a pleasant element of freshness. It was good and quite filling but somehow just a little underwhelming, especially given that it was R125 (Uber Eats).
