This was almost perfect! 🙀 Great skin, great sauce, and is that 老干妈 Lao Gan Ma #chillioil I taste?? 🤩 Even the skin 🤤 I just… 🤤

The one flaw ☝️😔 was that the #tofu itself on the inside lacked flavour. It really makes no sense since it seems as if they had frozen it, based on texture 🥶

I’ll be back (and following) so this best be improved next time someone reviews it! 😜
