I had no idea Costco made vegan pies and my cousin shared with me recently so when I stopped by my local Costco this was the first thing that jumped into my cart. I grew up eating really good homemade fruit pies that my grandma made on the farm. However, since going vegan in 2014 I had only made and enjoyed a vegan pumpkin pie. So, this was worth trying!!!
