Soy milk
It’s quite #highprotein because of high #soybeans content (~13% 🤯). This makes it saturated and thicker than most milks. Also has some added sugar but overall only 2,5g, so #nottoosweet , but still you can feel the sweetness.
To be honest, I didn’t like it’s taste (similar to simple alpro soy milk) and texture to drink alone, but it’s better cooked with oatmeal, etc.
It’s nice that it’s #fortified with vitamn B2, #b12, #vitamind and #calcium.
Wouldn’t pay the full price of 3,7€ though
