I love Rollin’ Bowls, one of my favorite things about events at Red Oak Animal Rescue. The owner, Monica, is super nice and focuses on healthy, whole plant-based foods. I believe almost everything is gluten-free. I always get the Dynamite Bowl, but they recently added two new bowls I haven’t tried yet. Of course, I had to split the Spring Roll Bowl, which sounded super fresh and was loaded with crisp veggies like carrots, spring onions, cabbage, and fresh red bell pepper. It also had #peanutbutter edamame, crushed peanuts, and a creamy peanut butter sauce, all served on hot rice. The serving size was very large and quite hefty for only nine dollars. Monica always offers fair prices for very #healthy and fresh ingredients.
What's really cool about Monica's food is that a lot of non-vegans really like it, too. It's just super fresh and has so many wonderful plant-based flavors. You can often find her in #Cincinnati in her food truck, and she's at a lot of community events. I definitely recommend checking her out.
