this #veganburger was packed with an #impossiblepatty, house made #brisket, #coleslaw, #bourbon #bbq sauce, and #pickles. these are like all of my favorite things in one burger……. omg!
the house brisket was the best brisket i’ve ever had… and it was made by pig minds! yum 🤍.. the bourbon #bbqsauce was tasty and tangy, the coleslaw was crunchy, cooling, and contrasted the large hearty burger perfectly, and the burger itself was juicy and expertly made. if there’s one thing i know, it’s that pig minds KNOWS how to make a good #burger.
there is no complaining i could do about this dish except trying to manifest it onto the main menu - 10/10!
