While the curry burger at Millefollium in Pau is delicious, there's a notable disappointment: the curry flavor, which is supposed to be the star, is almost absent. The legume patty is well-cooked, and the fresh ingredients like lettuce and zucchini provide a nice texture. However, for a burger advertised as a curry burger, one would expect a more prominent and aromatic sauce. An adjustment in this area would make the experience even better.
