I made tofu deli meat for this club sandwich and it turned out amazing! I haven't had much luck with store bought brands of deli slices so I found a recipe to make my own and this will be on regular rotation.
Thinly slice the tofu and marinate in ketchup, liquid smoke, v worstershire, onion & garlic powder, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and a bit of olive oil. I also used smart bacon, sorry I don't have photos of the packages. I just wanted to share this beauty cuz I was quite proud 😋
