Me han encantado y me he lucido con este plato! 😌

El relleno es casero, hecho con ricota fermentada de cajĂș, y la crema es la "leche" de la ricota que quedĂł filtrando unas horas a temperatura ambiente en la tela especial. La crema lleva hongos, cebolla, verdeo, ajo y morrĂłn. El relleno lleva champiñón, cebollas y ajo. 😋😋
