ube cookie at Ohio Pie Co — Liz Maselli's Review (Jul 11, 2024)

THIS WAS DELICIOUS! I had ube for the first time in California, and it slowly started cropping up around here. I love the beautiful purple color as well. This cookie tasted a lot like a normal sugar cookie but with a hint of vanilla- caramel and a nutty flavor. Ube is pretty mild, and I love the flavor it adds to baked goods. Ohio Pie just recently expanded their selection of vegan cookie options, which is a win! They're baked fresh and very reasonably priced under $4
