Back in grade school in El Salvador I used to have this friend who we called "Leche" because sometimes he ate kinda sideways like a cow. I remember we used to go out to the local tienda together and buy something exactly like this and then put extra lime and chile on it and walk around talking about whatever two Salvadorean children talk about. Wherever you are Leche, I hope you have had the best life homie.
