How the heck do you make a vegan poached egg? Like for real, you put your knife into this thing and the yolk-like thing just oozes out like some golden creamy goodness. Didn't even know that was possible without eggs, but here we are. The potatoes were also delicious and you can just slather those with all the sauce you'll have in the plate when eating this thing. Still baffled about this non-eggy wizzardry.
