🇫🇷🫛 Whoa! We loved this #organic #tofu that’s ready to chop and chuck in a #salad 🥗 as it is. It’s delicious with #tomato 🍅 #olives 🫒 #garlic 🧄etc. You can also warm ♨️it up and throw in a 🍝pasta sauce. We bought this in Biocoop in Vienne and went back and bought four more to bring to the #french Alps 🏔️as you can’t find much like that up here. We put it in a potato salad next with onion, pickles, tomato, etc but I forgot to get a picture. Surprisingly it’s not the healthiest on Yuka with a slightly dodgy additive. Boo. The soya is sourced in France, Germany, 🇩🇪and Austria🇦🇹 which is great and it’s listed as #glutenfree on Yuka. #veganinfrance #france
