Mamak Fried Rice at D'life Signature 蔬品軒 — cslin90's Review (Jun 29, 2024)

Mamak fried rice, a not so common fried rice variety. I order this without strong understanding of it. It supposed to be wet fried with the curry powder n indo kecap. The wet part is definitely there. But i dun think they use authentic indo kecap but just normal dark soy sauce instead as that is the taste i get. It would be good if i could mixed it with something else as i only tasted the dark soy sauce. The wok hey is not there maybe cause it meant to be wet so this part i wont penalise on it. The keropok is crunchy n nice to bite on that it for sure. Would be great if other than the vegetables it have at least abit more ingredients inside.
