I was so aggravated at Costco for adding animal based ingredients into their formally vegan #applepie .. and hopefully the will go back to #veganapplepie .. in the meantime I am very happy with this #cherrypie I read about it in a vegan #costco page and thought I’d never find it in my area .. woo hoo found it ..
this has the perfect balance of sweet and tart .. the crust is perfect..
and yea you are reading the label correctly.. this is a five pound pie ..will be freezing a large chunk of the very large pie …
