So Soja! With Kefir Cultures Blueberry-Cherry by Sojade — alisonsstar's Review (Jun 27, 2024)

🍒🫐 After many rounds of antibiotics lately I’m all about products with live bacteria for #guthealth trying to rebuild the #microbiome. I’m not familiar with #kefir but thought I could try this as we love the #yogurt from this brand Sojade. I’m a bit confused as maybe this brand has changed their name from So soja! as that’s what’s coming up on the scans?? 🤔 Anyway I think this was supposed to be a drink 🧃with a spout like hole when you open it. It was conjealed over and needed a spoon to burst through. I think it would have been better to eat this with a spoon as lots got left in the pot just drinking. It’s #organic which is great but the calories and sugar are making this unhealthy. I don’t think I’d get this again as neither of us were that fussed and their products are pricey as they’re French. 🇫🇷 #berrylover #cherry #blueberry
