Vega Omelette at Vega cafe — Evie's Review (Jun 26, 2024)

A vegan omelette by the always creative, Vega Cafe. My partner ordered this and I tried some. Couldn’t figure out how they’d made this but it was really delicious and quite egg-like. Softer than a fried egg and more the consistency of what I remember soft scrambled eggs to be like - silken tofu sort of texture. The flavour wasn’t overly eggy but very tasty and fun to try. Comes with toast, relish, and vegetables. So creative and yet another great breakfast option!
