Perfection 👌 I recently bought a #cookbook on all things #cauliflower and rudely nowhere did it mention #tostadas this sleek 🤌

The dish is basically cauliflower plus a #guacamole type topping, what they an #avocado #mousse 🥑, that sits on a bed of a roasted #eggplant and #tortillachips 🍆 with a cute dill and radish garnish 🌿 on a #salad bed — with #lime on the side 🍋‍🟩 So simple, but put together it was perfect 🙌

This isn’t even #accidentallyvegan, it just straight up is 🌱 VG on the menu and everything 😋 A really lux lunch at S$16 a portion!
