Texture leaves much to be desired. If you miss the stringy mozzarella sticks as a snack, this is not a good substitute. Texture is crumbly and canned be pulled.
Taste is decent. It's on par with other vegan mozzarellas I've tasted.
I like how convenient each cheese sticks is with the packaging. Great for snacking.
Due to the texture, I'm unsure if I'd get this again. I know I wouldn't recommend them.
