I’m a Claussen girlie but have been wanting to try Bubbies for a bit, as they are fermented. They were on sale at Whole Foods, so I picked up this small jar.
The taste is definitely different, but it is good. The pickles are flavorful. They were pretty soft, though, which was disappointing.
I appreciate the potential health benefits and simple ingredients but I prefer the flavor and crunch of other brands so I’m not sure if I’d buy these again.
