A simple and fairly ubiquitous local dish that had a clean and natural taste, and was not oily, salty or MSG-laden. I doused it in chilli padi infused soya sauce which was quite unnecessary. Comes with a generous smattering of #shitakemushrooms, bean sprouts and carrots. The yellow noodles did have a starchy taste, the rice vermicelli might be a better bet. Costs a whopping $14.40 including GST for this simple meal. However it's a nice and soothing ambiance with lots of wood and rattan. Also all net proceeds go to charity so it's good.
