I was skeptical of this dish as Pad See Ew is one of my favorite dishes to order at a Thai restaurant. This was pretty good, though I probably should have at least tasted it before I loaded it up with Crunchy Chili Onion! And to say this is two servings is ludicrous! Anyway, I would definitely buy this again.
