Lak Sa (vegan version) at Nudi Noodle Place — pdxveg's Review (Jun 20, 2024)

This consisted of spicy, creamy, intensely flavorful Malaysian-style laksa (noodle soup) with rice noodles, napa cabbage, bean sprouts, fried shallots, onion, carrots, broccoli, summer squash, cilantro, and peanut sauce. It was lively, comforting, and satisfying.
