So well done. That crisp skrrriizchshh sound when you run your fork down it’s sides makes your eyes light up. The crunch when yr fangs break the skin and then, oh wait it’s soft, velvety smooth insides when you sink in. Strips of carrots and rice cake dance playfully on your tongue. And before you know it. It’s all gone. And you contemplate ordering another plate.
