Another Costa Rica review ‼️
This is a #seitan #chorizo that’s pretty good. It tastes good and the texture is good as well, I feel it’s a versatile product as you can use it for many different dishes. I used it to put on my pasta, to make wraps and even make a fried rice!
We got it from La Jama Vegana, a great Costa Rican vegan company for like $8, it has 5 chorizos so I would say it’s good value. Package is simple because it’s a small company. I recommend this product and would buy it again.
