Really tasty lunchtime dish : Homemade organic baked falafels nestled within warm pita bread, accompanied by golden hummus, crisp lettuce. soft avocado, ripe tomatoes, and tangy gherkins, all adorned with a delectable cashew-garlic dressing. Not sure if it was the golden hummus or cashew garlic dressing but one of those was really delicious and made the dish super tasty.
