8G of protein in this yogurt. It looked like it would be airy/lighter than it was. Not heavy but not thin/watery. The peach flavor tasted a little artificial. I'm not a huge fan of eating yogurt by itself but was excited to see more products from this brand so I wanted to give them a try.
